All sales of TuskNotes licenses are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
Due to the nature of digital software products and the immediate delivery of license keys, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once a license key has been issued, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Before You Purchase
We strongly encourage you to:

- Ensure your Mac meets the system requirements (Apple Silicon M1 or later)

Why No Refunds?
Our no-refund policy exists because:

- We cannot verify deletion of downloaded software

- License Problems: If your valid license key doesn't activate, we'll provide a replacement

Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting our support team will result in:
- Immediate deactivation of your license
- Blocking of future purchases
- Potential legal action to recover costs
